Since moving to LA, I've been trying to branch out and get back to some of my more creative roots. I still love working with clients on their homes but I'm hoping for less sales and bit more design. With that in mind, I've been chatting with some freelance design companies about doing some work. When working remotely with a client, it's common (and helpful!) to receive inspiration photos to give me a better sense of the overall look they're going for. My job is to interpret that inspiration in a way that checks off all the boxes for something functional, attractive and within budget. I'll be sharing a few recent examples over the next week. Here's the first one.
