As promised, here are the other 2 proposed plans for my client's guest room/home office. We mixed some higher and lower end items to stay within budget. There are times when you need to pull the trigger and invest in a nicer quality piece but you can balance that out with some budget finds, too. When working with clients, I also try to keep the list of different vendors to a minimum. Sometimes it means saving on delivery costs by choosing a company with a flat fee. More often, it means less time and hassle running all over. You'll see I kept the different sources to a minimum. My client is a single professional woman and wanted an easy design process. A big reason she hired me!
