Custom Roman shade featuring Dwell Studio fabric My good friend and talented designer Brooke just landed herself a new job with The Shade Store. I wasn't too familiar with their product offerings and decided to find out more. I talked to some people and dug around on their site and am happy to share some excellent information. If you're someone who has a good idea about the look they want to achieve, but need a little guidance, read on. First off, the variety of product is amazing. If it goes on a window, you can get it here. They carry everything from shades to blinds to drapery panels that are totally customizable--including lines from Chilewich and Dwell Studio (Peacock shades to match your peacock bedding!). There are helpful instructions on the best way to measure or they can refer you to a local installer who can take care of it for you. The prices are very fair and the website usually features special promotions. So, get moving! Winter is coming and window treatments can save money on your heating bill. Images courtesy The Shade Store and no, I did not receive any special benefit/request/ to write about them. I just want you to have nicer homes.
